Project Management

With over a decade of experience leading multimedia and creative projects, I’ve managed more than 300 productions ranging from quick-turnaround solo shoots to multi-crew operations and multi-day shoots across the entire country.I’ve coordinated teams of up to 10 creatives on a single project, including drone pilots, photographers, videographers, gaffers, sound operators, video editors, photo editors, 3D renderers, and virtual assistants - all while maintaining budgets, timelines, and clear client communication.I’m experienced with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Monday, Slack, and Google Workspace, and bring a structured yet flexible approach to every project. With custom Google Work sheet trackers, we are able to track progress, stay organized, and adhere to schedules.

Project 1 - Trinity Church NYC

Trinity Church Wall Street, one of New York City’s most iconic and historic churches, approached us to shoot multiple locations so they can update their website and marketing. They required the NYPD permits for each area. We delivered aerial cinematography for both traditional and FPV drone coverage.Role: Project Manager, Director, Drone Pilot
• Problem: We needed permits in multiple areas Manhattan with heavy pedestrian traffic. Action: We were very careful in writing the proposal for the permits: we described safety protocols, and outlined that we were either flying over our own property or over other buildings. Result: We had all four permits approved by NYPD within the timeframes,
• Managed a 5-person aerial team, including FPV pilot (indoor shoots), FPV assistant, production assistant, traditional drone pilot, producer, and self
• Oversaw a $30,000 budget, coordinating permits, insurance, crew, and logistics across multiple NYC locations
• Utilized Google Earth for pre-visualization and light planning; Airhub Portal to secure FAA flight authorizations
• Edited multiple videos and provided project files for video department to work on

Project 2 - Children's Aid

The Marketing Director of Children's Aid, a non-profit helping children in poverty, gave us one project where we bid slightly lower than their budget. When we showed up to the shoot, we provided more than the client asked for and the client was impressed. We ended up shooting over 40 projects and assignments for them over the course of three years.Role: Project Manager, Director, Videographer, Photographer• Combined budget exceeding $150K. Projects included site visits (introduction to new sites), training videos, and highlights showing new teaching techniques.
• Problem: Our editor was in Serbia and we needed to submit our project to the White House in a short time frame. Action: maintaining a great relationship with our editor throughout the years, he and I stayed up to 2 AM in the morning on multiple nights and I took over the project at the 3/4 line to save time. Result: we finished several hours before the deadline and the client was very happy.
